Daddy's Got a Brand New Blog

Those of you who've visited sparksflyup before might notice that the web site looks a little different now. We're still finalizing the organization of content and so on, but believe me, this web site is way, way better than the old one. And when I say "better," I mean "easier to update." Let's run down some of the advantages:

Old Blog: Updated once or twice each season, except for winter, when I would get depressed.

New Blog: Updated pretty much every weekday.

Old Blog: Self-involved drivel.

New Blog: YA literature news; tales from the publishing business; links to interesting stories about public radio / books, etc; rumor and innuendo; reading suggestions; up-to-the-minute stories about Looking for Alaska; AND self-involved drivel.

Old Blog: No pictures.

New Blog: Hot hot paparazzi pictures of Kirsten Dunst!

(Note: There will not actually be photographs of Kirsten Dunst. At least not that many of them.)

Old Blog: No pirated videos from Fred Durst's cellphone.

New Blog: Still no pirated videos from Fred Durst's cellphone (you're welcome).

So, basically, the same old sparksflyup. Except bigger, and better, and browner.
