Yeah, it's a pity Jim Webb made those comments about women in the military, because he kind of became my hero when he gave Bush the cold shoulder: "That's between me and my boy."

But after all the strife between Clinton and Obama, I doubt he can pick Webb and not seriously piss off all the women who have supported Clinton and feel (whether true or not) that the media has portrayed the campaign through a sexist lens.

Webb or Kaine are my choice... I think Hillary needs to get behind the ticket in a strong way (maybe she could get offered a position in the Supreme Court) because I can't see her actually wanting VP. It's a dead end job, at least for someone who think as highly of herself as Clinton.
Damn, I don't know who I'd want as Obama's running mate.
I did enjoy Richardson during earlier speeches I'd heard from him, but I don't know enough about most of the others yet.
Clinton would seem a bit odd to me.
Don't forget that Chuck Hegel ends the welcome note on his website with "best wishes", a sentiment which can only bode well.

In addition, Richardson sucking at relationships shouldn't factor in to his politics, but I know it does for a lot of people.
I honestly haven't heard of a lot of these people so thanks for the summary!
Also, does this mean John Edwards is out of the VP picture? I haven't heard much about him since he said he was endorsing Obama.
Sadly, Schweitzer said no way on an Air America interview with Ed Schultz a couple weeks ago.
How about Edwards? I'd personally like to see him as Attorney General.
I'm a bit down on Hillary - she ran a bad campaign, followed some crummy advice and that all goes toward judgement in my book.
OMG! I got my first John Green book today! I was looking for Katherines but I couldn't find it at either Barnes and Noble (which didn't have alaska either) or Borders (which did have alaska) so i got looking for alaska instead. i can't wait to start it but i have to finish the other book im reading first

Diane Lane, not Keaton, was in MUST LOVE DOGS. Sure, Keaton is kind of doggish now, so I can understand the slip. But yowza.

She's so hip.
But you all must admit that if they paired up they'd probably win with all those statistics. They'd vote just to get the candidate they liked in office. But I don't know because Hillary probably doesn't want to be Vice President. It's like being the puppeteer (hopefully that's spelled right)...you help run the show, but you don't get the spotlight, and I have a feeling she wants that spotlight.
